Job description

You will assist in leading the process of 1) building a complete and competent team; 2) developing meaningful needs-based relationship with clients; and 3) delivering operational excellence to all clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Building
    • Recruiting, training, and developing associates
    • Workforce planning regarding skill development and cross training
    • Managing associate performance for the long term
    • Building a winning culture consistent with company values
  • Client Relationship Development
    • Understanding clients wants and needs and delivering services that meet those needs
    • Ensuring that we are making responsible promises to clients
    • Addressing and problem-solving client concerns in real time
    • Promoting and marketing the business and additional services to clients
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensuring that we are keeping all of our promises to clients
    • Ensuring all services exceed client expectations
    • Maintaining the facility and equipment in working order

Starting Salary is $22.00/per hour

Qualifications:

  • Three years management experience
  • A passion for service and love of dogs
  • A high level of self-awareness and willingness to change
  • A demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to plan at least three months in advance
  • An ability to multi-task and High level of attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet savvy
