Job description

City Wide Facility Solutions is currently seeking an Account Manager Associate to join our team. As a key part of our organization, you will manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure outstanding service delivery to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention, satisfaction, and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality service performance.
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections and address any issues promptly to maintain service standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients to expand our offerings and increase revenue.
  • Utilize CRM software to document client interactions, track service delivery, and manage schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including accounting and operations to resolve client concerns and streamline processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or facility management preferred.
