Description
The primary purpose of the Managing Associate role is to actively support the firm's leadership team in driving marketing initiatives, business growth, and overall organizational development. In this role, you will play a key part in advancing strategic objectives by contributing to business development efforts, helping execute targeted marketing initiatives, and supporting programs designed to enhance advisor performance and firm-wide growth.
This position offers the opportunity to be closely involved in shaping growth strategies, strengthening client and advisor engagement, and contributing to the long-term success of the organization.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Drive business growth by consistently meeting annual recruiting targets and attracting high-caliber talent to strengthen and expand the organization. Maintain strong personal production performance, meeting and exceeding the standards required for leadership recognition while demonstrating credibility as a producing leader.
โ€ข Partner closely with senior leadership to identify and evaluate strategic target markets, and support the execution of recruiting and training initiatives that capitalize on emerging growth opportunities.
โ€ข Actively engage in leadership development programs to continuously enhance skills, broaden capabilities, and prepare for expanded responsibilities within a dynamic and evolving business environment.
