Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and troubleshoot Siemens PLC applications (TIA Portal, Step 7, WinCC, etc.).

• Design and implement control strategies for switchgear, MCCs, VFD packages, and automation systems.

• Support FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and on-site commissioning of systems.

• Collaborate with design engineers to integrate PLC logic with electrical schematics and HMI/SCADA systems.

• Provide technical support during installation, startup, and service calls.

• Experience with HMI/SCADA platforms (WinCC, Ignition, or similar).

• Strong troubleshooting skills for industrial/marine control systems.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.

• Willingness to travel for commissioning and field work as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Marine industry or heavy industrial controls experience.

• Familiarity with Allen-Bradley, ABB, or Schneider PLCs/VFDs.

• Knowledge of switchgear, power management systems, and generator controls.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary based on experience.

• Health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.

• Opportunities for professional development and certification.

• The chance to work on high-impact marine and industrial projects.
