- Integration into Center of Competence CoC Structure: This role is part of the global OT CoC and worksclosely with colleagues in Europe, Asia, and North America
- Regular alignment with the central OT architecture team and participation in global initiatives
- Provide IT-levelsupport for OT systems in regional manufacturing environments, including SCADA, MES, and other relatedplatforms
- Assist in the integration of production equipment into the broader IT/OT infrastructure, ensuring alignmentwith MANN+HUMMEL IT standards
- Ensure network segmentation and security between IT and OT environments (e.g., using Cisco/Palo Altosolutions)
- Collaborate with local engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues associated with
- Deliver 2nd and 3rd level support for OT-related incidents, including root cause analysis and long-termresolution planning.
- Document OT systems and maintain technical records
