Job description

Job Summary:
Dexis is a dynamic professional services firm dedicated to partnering with government and community leaders both in the U.S. and internationally to achieve critical social outcomes in a rapidly changing world. They are recruiting a highly qualified Senior Program Manager to lead and coordinate professional services support for the Army focusing on operations analysis, modeling, simulation, tools and scenario development, wargaming, experimentation, technical reporting, and security and facility support.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day administration of the contract and manage the relationship with the client
• Plan, direct, and oversee execution of all task orders supporting the Army's Analysis Center’s analytical, engineering, modeling and simulation, scenario development, technical reports, and security support missions.
• Ensure deliverables, products, services, and personnel meet government needs and expectations
• Participate in post-award conferences, coordination meetings, technical reviews, and periodic progress meetings.
• Provide monthly contract progress briefings and written status reports in accordance with Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and performance concerns and implement corrective actions in coordination with the Government.
• Develop, implement, and maintain an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP) ensuring all services and deliverables meet contract performance standards.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of all contract outputs, including analytical products, reports, and program documentation.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10 years minimum experience
• 5 years of experience as a PM for contracts supporting the U.S. Army
• 5 years of experience in operations analysis, wargaming, and tools development
• 3 years as a U.S. Government contractor
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Experience creating stability and security for large teams
• Top Secret Clearance
Preferred:
• Service with the Army or another branch of the Military
• 10 years of PM experience
• 10 years of operations analysis, wargaming, and tools development
• 10 years of management experience, leading multi-disciplined teams of analysts, and other personnel
• Demonstrated experience with risk mitigation planning
• Strategic, big picture thinker
• Familiarity supporting growth of the employer with U.S. Government contracts
