Job description

Description BlueForce Inc. is seeking a Computer Systems Associate in support of HQ USAF Sponsored or Supported Wargaming The Computer Systems Associate will conduct activities to plan, execute, manage, and analyze throughout all phases of HQ USAF wargames including concept development, objective analysis, assessment planning, game design, event planning, management and execution, and post-game analysis. Primary locations are Joint Base Andrews, MD, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling and The Pentagon.

***Position is Subject to Contract Award*** Duties and Responsibilities : Provides IT (software, hardware, network) support for wargame execution. Deploys, assembles, and manages LAN server suites. * Manages the hardware components of the WIE player/game support system to include inventory, distribution to and within wargaming locations, and recovery to steady-state and storage locations.

Manages and operates VTC systems and Conference Room audiovisual suites. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Active Secret-level security clearance. * Minimum of five (5) years i n network management and engineering.

Meet the requirements of DoD 8570.01-M, Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program at the Information Assurance Technical (IAT) level II and III. Level II: at least 3 years in IA technology or related area; NE and advanced CE; mastery of IAT level I positions and knowledge and experience with standard IA concepts, practices, procedures within the N, and IA & CE/OS certificates. * Level III: at least 7 years of experience in IA technology or a related area; Enclave Environment, advanced NE, and advanced CE, expert knowledge in all functions of both IAT level I and II positions, and IA field's concepts, practices, and procedures; supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoot hardware and software IA problems pertaining to enclave environment, and IA baseline & CE/OS certificates.

Knowledge of Air Force IT enterprise and system administration. Excellent communication skills in terms of writing and presenting briefings. Desired Qualifications: * TS/SCI eligibility.

  • Military wargame experience.
