  • Develop current-state and future-state solution architectures that align operational objectives with scalable technical capabilities.
  • Translate military operational requirements, Joint doctrine, concepts of operation (CONOPS), and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) into integrated technical architectures and implementation strategies.
  • Design enterprise-level system architectures integrating simulation platforms, virtualization, networking, storage, cloud technologies, AI/ML capabilities, and data services.
  • Lead architecture assessments, technology evaluations, trade studies, and gap analyses to identify modernization opportunities and architectural improvements.
  • Develop reference architectures, interface specifications, integration strategies, and technical standards supporting interoperability across complex simulation ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, software engineering, networking, and operational stakeholders to ensure solutions satisfy mission, security, and performance requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership during architecture reviews, design reviews, technology demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, and customer engagements.
  • Advise government leadership on technical strategy, technology investment decisions, modernization planning, and architectural risk.
  • Evaluate commercial, government, and emerging technologies for applicability within military simulation and training environments.
  • Support acquisition planning by developing technical requirements, architectural documentation, and modernization roadmaps.
  • Ensure architectures support scalability, resiliency, maintainability, cybersecurity, and operational readiness.
  • Mentor engineering teams and establish architectural best practices across the organization.
