Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) is an American Sports and Entertainment holding company based in Denver, Colorado. KSE is committed to providing world class sports and entertainment for both live and broadcast audiences. We are the employer of choice as the owner and operator of Ball Arena, DICK'S Sporting Goods Park, the Paramount Theatre, Denver Nuggets (NBA), the Colorado Avalanche (NHL), Colorado Mammoth (NLL), Colorado Rapids (MLS), KIMN,KXKL, KKSE (FM/AM), Altitude Sports & Entertainment, Major League Fishing/Fishing League Worldwide (MLFLW), Winnercomm, Outdoor Sportsman Group and SkyCam.
Nature of Work:
The Manager, Premium Sales and Retention will report to the Senior Director, Premium Sales. This individual will be a selling leader in the Premium and Business Development department, maximizing premium ticket and suite revenue across all Kroenke Sports products while acting as Team Lead to more junior sellers. Core responsibilities to this position are the ability to prospect, build relationships with enterprise-level corporate customers and close high dollar premium products amongst all professional sports properties while exhibiting leadership, collaboration and teamwork.
Examples of work performed:
  • Consistently sell all ticket products across all professional sports properties with primary focus on Suite Leases, Premium Season Tickets, Suite Packages and Suite Rentals
  • Manage a small book of business of premium season ticket renewals for annual renewals as well as cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Handle C-Level relationship and renewal for Suite Leases
  • Act as team lead for a small group of junior sellers, working in conjunction with Senior Manager, Premium Sales and Business Development to assist in training and motivating
  • Generate sales by scheduling, coordinating and conducting meetings with prospective businesses
  • Create and implement unique sales strategies by understanding areas and opportunities in the market
  • Conduct a significant amount of Face-to-Face meetings with businesses out of office and in-game
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly and yearly sales goals amongst all products
  • Work a variety of events to bring out prospective clients and service current accounts
  • Understand and be knowledgeable of all KSE ticket products
  • Keep and maintain accurate CRM notes regarding all opportunities and activities
  • Understand and continue education of current market trends across all industries

Qualifications:
  • Minimum
    • At least 5 years experience selling professional sports
    • Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
    • Proven track record of sales success with premium products
    • Involvement in outside organizations/non-profits
    • Bachelors Degree required
    • Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
    • High level work ethic and competitive
    • Strong time management skills
    • Assertive, persistent, results driven sales process
    • Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills
    • High proficiency in written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient business acumen and ability to create a successful network of industry connections
    • Preferred experience - selling premium products for a professional sports franchise

Compensation:
