Tridium Specialist - San Francisco Bay Area - $80K-140K + Car Allowance + Benefits About the Opportunity:

A leading Building Automation contractor is seeking an experienced Tridium Specialist to support projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. This hybrid role consists of roughly 80% field work and 20% remote or office work and is open to both Union and Non-Union professionals.

You’ll work alongside a highly skilled Controls Team that includes senior programmers and integrators. The company offers above-market compensation and is known for its strong, collaborative, and high-performance culture.

  • Status: Union or Non-Union
  • Schedule: 80% Field / 20% Remote or Office
  • Compensation: $80,000-140,000 (DOE) + Overtime
Key Responsibilities:
  • Program, configure, and commission DDC systems using Tridium Niagara
  • Support retrofit, service, and new-construction BAS projects
  • Develop applications using standard libraries or fully custom logic
  • Rewrite control sequences, configure alarms/trends, and resolve system issues
  • Perform multi-protocol integrations: BACnet, Modbus, LON, and others
  • Manage assigned project scopes, schedules, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with installers, project managers, and end users
Ideal Candidate:
  • 3+ years of hands-on Tridium programming and commissioning experience
  • Strong foundation in DDC logic, controllers, and field device integration
  • Capable of troubleshooting and developing custom sequences of operation
  • Comfortable working independently and interacting directly with clients
