About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Textile Designer to lead the design and development of our utility bedding, quilts, sheets, and broader home textile assortment - bringing creative vision and category expertise to every product we put on shelf.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end design process for utility bedding, quilts, sheets, and home textile products - from concept through production-ready specs

  • Create original prints, patterns, colorways, and surface designs aligned with licensed brand guidelines and seasonal trend direction

  • Partner with sourcing, product development, and operations to bring designs to life across international factory partners

  • Present concepts and design packages to retail buyers and licensors with clear visual storytelling

  • Track market trends across mass and off-price retail, competitor assortments, and emerging consumer preferences

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously against tight development calendars

  • Maintain organized, production-ready design files and tech packs for handoff to factories

Requirements

  • 3+ years of textile or product design experience

  • Hands-on experience with utility bedding, quilts, and sheets

  • Strong home textiles category knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Graphic Design, or a related field

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

  • Experience creating spec packages for overseas manufacturing

  • Ability to work in our NYC office 5 days per week, with occasional remote flexibility

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Compensation

  • $90,000 - $125,000 base salary, depending on experience
