  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or similar frameworks preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, reporting tools, and business software.

The Right Candidate:
You are someone who notices what others miss. You follow through when others forget. You enjoy creating structure, driving accountability, and helping leaders focus on the highest-value activities. You are energized by solving problems, coordinating people, and ensuring commitments become results.
Why Join Us?:
This is a unique opportunity to work alongside executive leadership and play a key role in the success of a growing, dynamic organization. Your work will have a direct impact on operational performance, strategic execution, and company growth.
If you are highly organized, process-oriented, and passionate about helping organizations perform at their best, we would love to hear from you.
This position is part-time in office. No remote work.
