Pay: $100,000 – $120,000 per year + performance bonus

As the Production Manager (Steel Fabrication), you will be responsible for continuous production of metal components and their timely delivery to construction sites, while establishing clear structure, planning, and quality control within the production process.


Key Responsibilities


Manage and supervise all activities related to steel fabrication production, including welding, fabrication, and assembly

Plan, prioritize, and track production based on construction site requirements

Ensure timely completion of orders and alignment with project schedules

Improve production flow, identify bottlenecks, and organize efficient workflow

Reduce defects and rework through process control and accountability

Lead and manage shop-floor personnel (20+ employees), ensuring clear roles and expectations

Coordinate closely with construction teams and internal stakeholders

Ensure availability of materials in collaboration with the purchasing department

Maintain equipment uptime through structured maintenance planning

Ensure compliance with safety standards and production requirements

Maintain order, organization, and discipline in the workshop and warehouse


Qualifications

Required Experience

5+ years of experience in steel fabrication or structural metal production

Hands-on experience with welding, fabrication, and assembly processes

Experience working in custom (non-mass) production environments

Experience managing shop-floor teams (15–50 employees)

Proven ability to improve production flow, reduce rework, and ensure on-time delivery

Proficiency in Russian is a plus

Preferred

Experience in construction-related steel production

Experience organizing or improving production processes in an active production environment

Practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving
