We are currently seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the development and operation of a
new steel pipe manufacturing facility in Eloy, Arizona. This role reports directly to the COO and is
responsible for plant efficiency, production, quality, and safety.
Facility Capabilities
- Pipe Lining & Coatings (cement mortar, epoxy, poly)
- Fabrication Shop (AWWA fittings 4”–120”)
- Pipe Mill Operations (AWWA C-200 16”–54”)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day plant operations
- Drive production, cost, and delivery performance
- Establish KPIs and improve throughput
- Lead equipment selection and commissioning
- Optimize mills, coatings, and fabrication systems
- Build maintenance and reliability programs
- Lead startup and ramp-up
- Ensure AWWA compliance and QA/QC
- Establish safety programs
- Build and lead operations team
- Manage budget and reporting
Qualifications
