Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the development and operation of a

new steel pipe manufacturing facility in Eloy, Arizona. This role reports directly to the COO and is

responsible for plant efficiency, production, quality, and safety.


Facility Capabilities

  1. Pipe Lining & Coatings (cement mortar, epoxy, poly)
  2. Fabrication Shop (AWWA fittings 4”–120”)
  3. Pipe Mill Operations (AWWA C-200 16”–54”)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead day-to-day plant operations
  2. Drive production, cost, and delivery performance
  3. Establish KPIs and improve throughput
  4. Lead equipment selection and commissioning
  5. Optimize mills, coatings, and fabrication systems
  6. Build maintenance and reliability programs
  7. Lead startup and ramp-up
  8. Ensure AWWA compliance and QA/QC
  9. Establish safety programs
  10. Build and lead operations team
  11. Manage budget and reporting
Requirements:

Qualifications

  1. 10+ years manufacturing leadership
  2. Experience in steel or heavy industrial environments
