Job Title: Production Manager - Steel Fabrication
Location: Pleasant Grove, UT

Position Summary:
EZARC, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Production Manager to lead our steel fabrication facility. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of shop operations to ensure the efficient, safe, and high-quality fabrication and manufacturing, including semiconductor tool install components.
The ideal candidate will bring a self-driven leadership approach with a proven track record in semiconductor construction, team management, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage daily fabrication shop operations, with direct accountability for safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
  • Oversee the fabrication, assembly, and quality control of semiconductor tool-install components, ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a rolling labor, capacity, and production plan based on workload forecasts.
  • Coordinate regularly with leaders from other business units to review workload forecasts, balance labor and shop capacity, establish priorities, and identify opportunities for business units to support one another.
  • Own and achieve established shop, team, and individual KPI targets. Review performance weekly, communicate results, identify the causes of missed targets, and implement documented corrective action plans.
  • Manage production schedules, budgets, staffing, equipment, materials, and other resources to achieve committed production and delivery targets. Proactively escalate constraints that could affect safety, quality, cost, or schedule.
  • Drive continuous-improvement initiatives that reduce waste, rework, production cycle time, and cost while increasing quality, throughput, labor efficiency, and capacity.
  • Present performance results, operational risks, resource needs, recovery plans, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture through clear expectations, employee development, mentorship, cross-training, and regular performance feedback.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor construction/fabrication industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing production or fabrication teams.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within a fabrication or semiconductor construction environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and present KPIs to executive stakeholders.
  • Strong working knowledge of fabrication processes and quality control standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with steel pedestal fabrication.
  • Familiarity with various components and materials, such as high purity regulators, valves, tubing, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of semiconductor tool installs construction methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Operational Systems Management (OSM) or other production management systems.
