Job description

Position Overview OSAAVA Services is seeking a cleared Scrum Master to support Agile delivery within classified cloud modernization initiatives aligned with operations at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) located at Wright-Patterson AFB. This role will facilitate Agile execution across technical teams supporting secure software development, mission system integration, and DevSecOps-enabled delivery pipelines within classified environments. The Scrum Master will work closely with program leadership, developers, engineers, and cybersecurity teams to ensure Agile processes support reliable delivery of mission systems. The ideal candidate brings experience serving as a Scrum Master within cleared programs, with a strong understanding of secure software development lifecycles, Agile frameworks, and DevSecOps practices supporting mission-critical environments. Key Responsibilities • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Support sprint execution and Agile delivery across development and engineering teams
• Identify and remove delivery impediments impacting technical teams
• Ensure Agile processes align with DevSecOps pipelines and secure software delivery practices
• Coordinate activities across project managers, developers, engineers, and cybersecurity teams
• Track team velocity, sprint metrics, and delivery risks
• Support secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices within classified programs
• Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across development teams
• Assist leadership with Agile planning, delivery forecasting, and team performance insights Required Qualifications • Active security clearance (or recently held and eligible for reinstatement)
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security+ or equivalent)
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master supporting cleared or classified programs
• Experience supporting secure cloud environments or DevSecOps development pipelines
• Strong understanding of secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices within classified environments Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or cross-domain programs
