Position: Revenue Operations Specialist - Provide administrative support to the field sales team and act as the point of reference for administrative matters. The role focuses on reducing administrative burden so Business Consultants can concentrate on sales activities. Attention to detail is required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist Sales Leader in training new Business Consultants on sales processes and systems
Audit sales documentation for completeness, communicate gaps to sales team members, and submit completed documentation to the correct department
Process cases/tickets accurately and timely; notify Business Consultants of unforeseen delays or issues from other departments affecting requests for proposals
Ensure adherence to guidelines, processes, and policies
Monitor team progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements to the Sales Leader
Ensure necessary promotional or marketing materials are available
Complete other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Editor)
Experience with SharePoint or similar platforms
Experience with DocuSign or similar e-signature tools
Familiarity with CRM systems; ClientSpace and Salesforce experience is a plus
Strong time-management skills
Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
Well-organized, responsible, and strong problem-solving aptitude
Team player with a high level of dedication
Education & Experience:
Experience in sales administration, such as sales coordinator, sales operations specialist, or other administrative positions
An undergraduate degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is a plus
