the role You will work directly with leadership to build a high-performing affiliate sales engine. This includes: Recruiting and managing affiliates Building relationships with content creators, influencers, publishers and celebrities Structuring lucrative commission programs Driving measurable sales growth through partnerships Managing outreach, onboarding, tracking, and performance Expanding affiliate channels across multiple platforms We are serious about building a large online affiliate sales force. who this is for This role is for someone who: Has proven experience generating results with affiliates Understands performance-based partnerships Knows how to negotiate and close influencer deals Is comfortable working with high-ticket products Can manage multiple moving relationships at once Experience with high ticket or bulky products is a strong advantage.

compensation Salary range: $38,000 to $150,000 based on experience.
