What You'll Do

We are seeking a highly skilled Aviation/AOG Operations Expert in Logistics to operate in the critical supply chain and logistics processes related to Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of aviation logistics, particularly in the rapid response and handling of time-sensitive parts, materials, and services essential to minimizing aircraft downtime. The role requires exceptional problem-solving abilities, an understanding of aviation regulations, and a commitment to operational efficiency under pressure

  • AOG Response Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all AOG incidents, coordinating with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Develop and execute logistics strategies to expedite the delivery of critical aircraft parts and services, ensuring minimum aircraft downtime.
  • Monitor AOG cases and provide real-time status updates to relevant stakeholders, including airlines, maintenance teams, and operations managers.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics processes, including the procurement, transportation, and delivery of aviation parts and components in response to AOG situations.
  • Collaborate with global suppliers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure all logistics activities comply with aviation safety regulations, international trade laws, and customs requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all transactions, including import/export compliance, hazardous materials handling, and certification of parts

What You'll Bring
