Job description

Job Title: Project Manager – Account Coordination


Location: Remote 
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $35.00 – $40.00/hr (W-2)
 


Position Overview:

Seeking experienced Remediation Project Managers with a strong background in account coordination and customer-facing project management within the medical device industry. This is a critical client-facing role focused on managing account-level logistics, communication, and scheduling for remediation programs. Candidates must have a strong customer service mindset and the ability to drive projects to completion with minimal disruption to customers.


Key Responsibilities:Project Management & Customer Account Coordination:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between ICU Medical and assigned customer accounts

  • Manage resource allocation, account scheduling, and overall remediation timelines

  • Develop and maintain master schedules, detailed customer plans, and track progress

  • Coordinate field engineers and third-party resources for site execution

  • Forecast customer targets and provide timely updates on account status and logistics

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with all quality standards

  • Support product return logistics and reconciliation of project records

Program Support & Compliance:
  • Assist with business process improvements and automation initiatives

  • Facilitate onboarding/training for third-party contractors

  • Monitor KPIs and follow up on underperforming indicators

  • Ensure projects are executed in line with regulatory, legal, and company standards

Communication & Documentation:
  • Maintain professional, timely communication with hospital representatives, internal teams, and senior stakeholders

  • Prepare reports and updates using tools like Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Adobe Acrobat

  • Follow up on escalated issues and support team decision-making with proper data analysis


Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of Project Management experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Medical Device industry experience is a must

  • Proven customer service, account coordination, and client-facing communication skills

  • Strong experience with project documentation, scheduling, and resource management

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Adobe Acrobat


Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMI Certification (e.g., PMP)

  • Experience working with hospital systems or clinical settings

  • Background supporting post-market remediation efforts or high-volume customer logistics
