Priorities:

  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, SaaS platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and internal applications
  • Develop and optimize data models to support reporting, analytics, and operational use cases
  • Manage and monitor data ingestion processes using data replication tools, Azure Data Factory, and Snowflake stages
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability across all pipelines and datasets
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights to end users
  • Implement best practices in data governance, documentation, and pipeline monitoring
  • Optimize query performance and storage efficiency within Snowflake
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and architecture improvements to support Ace’s data strategy
  • Other duties as assigned.

The pay range is $102,000 - $120,000 base salary plus additional incentives. Starting pay is based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and optional disability insurance, sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked, flexible time off, paid holidays, bereavement pay and retirement benefits.

Technology Skills:

  • Strong experience with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
  • Experience working with cloud data warehouses, preferably Snowflake
  • Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as Azure Data Factory or similar
  • Familiarity with data replication/integration tools (e.g., Fivetran, Stitch, Hevo, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and validation techniques
  • Experience with BI and data visualization tools, preferably Sigma
  • Experience working with SaaS data sources (e.g., HubSpot) and API-based data ingestion
  • Exposure to logistics, transportation, or CRM systems is a plus

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related role
  • Demonstrated experience building data pipelines, data models, or analytics solution
