Clinical Director (Physical Therapist)

Location: Bakersfield, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $130,000/year + Potential Profit Sharing
Sign-On Bonus: Available (Varies)
Relocation Assistance: Available

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor Physical Therapists, PT Assistants, aides, and front office staff.
  • Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Monitor clinic performance, patient satisfaction, and operational goals.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance.
  • Build relationships with physicians and community referral partners.

Qualifications

  • Active California Physical Therapist License.
  • Doctorate, Master's, or bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
  • 3โ€“5 years of Physical Therapy experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership, administrative, or management experience.
  • CPR/BLS Certification required.
  • OCS Certification, McKenzie A & B Training, and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred.
