Manager, Radiation Therapy - Radiation Oncology
Location: Eureka, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift (8-hour shifts)
Compensation: $142,729 - $225,347
Relocation Assistance: Available
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
Overview:
Responsible for leading the administrative and clinical operations of Radiation Oncology services. Ensures delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Acts as a key liaison across physicians, hospital leadership, and interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee daily operations of Radiation Oncology services
  • Supervise clinical and administrative staff within the department
  • Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-focused care
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and hospital leadership
  • Manage departmental performance, workflow, and resource utilization
  • Serve as a liaison between Radiation Oncology and other departments

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy, Medical Dosimetry, or Medical Physics program
  • ARRT certification (Radiation Therapy) upon hire
  • California Radiologic Technology Certification (Diagnostic & Therapeutic or Therapeutic) upon hire
  • 3+ years of supervisory/management experience in an acute care setting

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of supervisory/management experience in an acute care setting
