Heath, OH HX5 is an award-winning provider of engineering, research and development, and technical services to clients such as NASA and the Department of Defense. Founded in 2004, HX5 is a fast-growing veteran- and woman-owned company with locations nationwide. HX5 is currently seeking a Program Manager to support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts within the Air Force Life Cycle Management Centerโ€™s Air Force Metrology and Calibration division (AFLCMC/WNM) in Heath, Ohio.ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Using strong a knowledge of DoD systems acquisition, program management principles, and FMS/USAF procurement activities, independently perform all duties related to program management, including post-award tasks and life-cycle management
* Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis, formulate strategic plans, develop and maintain acquisition reports, and conduct program status briefings
* Support program actions such as meeting coordination, milestone tracking, briefing preparation, and the development of risk management strategies, including preparing documentation for acquisition decision processes.
* Develop directorate-level portfolio metrics, support programmatic events, finalize correspondence, and manage data repositories
* Using proficiency in Microsoft applications and SharePoint management, support program operations and data analysis across various administrative domains, focusing on strategic communications.
* Perform financial review including producing funding documents and analysis.
Education and Experience: Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: * Bachelor's or Masterโ€™s in a related field and three (3) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, three (3) years of which must be in the DoD
* OR ย seven (7) years of directly related experience, five (5) of which must be in the DoD.ย 
* An understanding of metrology, measurement or calibration system is preferred.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.ย ย  Other Position Requirements: * Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
* Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
* Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance by date of hire.ย 
* Must be able to travel, including air travel.
