Job description

The Program Manager will organize, be the main contact, and lead all program-related communications and ensure all project milestones are met.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Knowledge and ability to present a full portfolio of interiors products and solutions, positioning our organization as a single source solution
  • Develop strategic relationships to drive Standard Textile's value proposition and achieve ongoing order opportunities within a targeted account portfolio
  • Proactively manage Cintas account to generate insight about customers' organization, understanding of purchase needs within product range.
  • Present and demonstrate full product line using samples, PowerPoint presentation or catalogs and emphasize design, function and performance features while focusing on design, end use and budget requirements
  • Proactively engage with external field sales team to manage and support interiors opportunities and serve as internal sales resource to review needs around inventory, pricing and marketing
  • Develop and keep relevant account and opportunity management current in customer relationship managementsystem
  • Entertain to engaged regular and prospective customers to develop opportunities and solicit ordersas needed
  • Develop program assessment tools for evaluation and improvement
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring program goals are met
  • Identify and partner with key cross-functional teams and external vendors for program success
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree, required. MBA, preferred.
  • 5+ years of distribution sales experience and 3+ years of project management experience, required. 5+ years of working in textile products or healthcare & hospitality industry, preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic business relationships
  • Experience working with healthcare & hospitality clients and purchasing agents
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Previous experience working in a customer relationship management(CRM) system, Salesforce
