The Work:

  • Establish fit-for-purpose program governance, operating models, delivery frameworks, and tools for large SAP transformations tailored to the client environment and aligned with SAP delivery leading practices and Accenture methodologies.

  • Serve as the Program Management Lead, providing day-to-day leadership across all program workstreams, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.

  • Own andmaintainthe integrated program plan, managing critical path activities, inter-workstream dependencies, milestone achievement, resource planning, and overall program health.

  • Lead phase gate and readiness management across the program, ensuring each major delivery stage has clear entry and exit criteria, evidence-based readiness assessments, accountable owners, documented risks, and aligned go/no-go recommendations for leadership decision-making.

  • Lead your team and drive alignment across functional, technical, deployment, testing, data, and change teams, providing clear direction, removing obstacles, escalating issues when needed, and stepping in hands-on tomaintainmomentum and quality.

  • Establish and lead executive governance forums, preparing actionable insights and recommendations for client and Accenture leadership to supporttimelyand effective decision-making.

  • Monitor and manage program financials, resourceutilization, forecasting, delivery performance, and value realization metrics to ensure successful outcomes and contractual commitments.

  • Champion AI-first delivery practices byleveragingAgentic AI, GenAI, automation, analytics, and digital accelerators to modernize program delivery, improve visibility, streamline planning and reporting, strengthen governance, enhance decision-making, and drive measurable gains in productivity, quality, predictability, and value realization.

  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with client stakeholders, SAP partners, and Accenture leadership to foster collaboration and ensure program success.

  • Support origination and sales pursuits by shaping delivery strategies, defining program approaches, contributing to proposals, and bringing real-world delivery experience to help win new business.

  • Be a thought leader, contributing to the evolution of SAP delivery methodologies, AI-enabled delivery assets, program management accelerators, and leading practices while coaching and developing the next generation of SAP transformation leaders.

Willingness to travel up to 100% based on client engagement requirements.

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum of 8 yearsof total professional experience in SAP consulting, enterprise technology, or business transformation.

  • Minimum of 8 yearsleading large-scale SAP programs or enterprise ERP transformations in a program or workstream lead capacity.

  • Minimum 3 full end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycles, with at least 1 SAP S/4HANA transformation.

  • At least 2 years experience in a delivery or account management role with direct P&L, budget, or contractual accountability.

  • Demonstrated experience managing programs of $5M+ in total project value.

  • Proven experienceestablishingand leadingintegrated program deliveryacross business, functional, technical, deployment, testing, data, and change management workstreams.

  • Experience managing geographically distributed teams across onshore, offshore, and nearshore delivery models (Global Delivery Model)

  • Demonstrated ability to lead phase gate and readiness management, including evidence-based go/no-go decisions with executive accountability.

  • Prior experience within a major consulting organization (Big 4, Tier-1 SI) or leading large-scale ERP transformations in industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Technical & Functional Knowledge:

  • SAP S/4HANA transformationexpertiserequired; deep knowledge of at least one implementationmethodology(SAP Activate, RISE with SAP).

  • Strong command of integrated program management disciplines: critical path management, RICEFW oversight, cutover planning, data migration, and go-live readiness.

  • Proficiencywith program governance tools and reporting platformssuch asJira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint.

  • Demonstrated use of GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, and analytics to modernize program delivery - improving decision-making, accelerating reporting, reducing administrative burden, and enhancing program quality and predictability.

PreferredCertifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 Practitioner.

  • SAP Certified Associate - Project Manager (SAP Activate).

  • PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAP module-level certification, or equivalent agile/hybrid delivery credential.
