Job description

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT
In a luxury environment, you will be working with a great dedicated team of
perfume enthusiasts.
You are able to speak a foreign language and to be patient with tourists.
You love to learn history, tradition, skill and know-how.
The Sales associate supports all aspects of sales, including client service and
administrative elements related to selling. In addition, you are responsible for
supporting the store initiatives by providing the Experience level of service to all
clients, which includes building rapport with clients, clienteling.
You will be greeting customers passing by the store and will offer them to
sample the line.
You will also be in charge to handle boxes from the store to the storage.
You will participate in the making of the perfumes and candles in a later time
after showing your skills and motivations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Consistently demonstrates Relationship Selling Skills to achieve and exceed planned daily, weekly and monthly
sales goals set by Store Management
• Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude, and teamwork with clients, peers and
management team

• Demonstrates proper etiquette when communicating with internal and external clients (i.e. in-person, phone, e-
mail, and written communication)

• Interest clientele by telling the history of the company and explaining each creation one by one.
• Understand how fragrances, scented candles, and soaps are hand-made.

• Demonstrates strong product knowledge; keeps updated on new products,
• Remain current and knowledgeable
• Understands and performs all POS functions accurately, professionally and within Company Guidelines
• Assists in merchandising and maintaining the appearance of the store according to our standards
• Helps to maintain store and stockroom as needed
• Assists in the preparation and execution of stores physical inventories and actively participate in resolving
inventory discrepancies
• Actively contributes to non-selling activities
• Demonstrates high level of quality in work, attendance, and appearance
• Actively participates in Monthly Touch Bases and follow-ups
• Attends all required Store Meetings
• Maintains standards of cleanliness and organization
• Adheres to Code of Ethics
• Adheres to all Company Policies & Procedures
• Adhere to Timekeeping procedures
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws
• Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary
• Ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week, varied hours, nights, days and weekends to support the business needs. Overtime is paid.
After 6 months of work, you are entitled to one week of paid vacation
After 1 year, you are entitled to health insurance.
Pay hourly: $28 plus 2% commission on net sales, for instance if you have a transaction for $5000, you earn $100 in commission.
