GLOBAL DIGITAL SENIOR MANAGER – CHLOÉ & MARNI PERFUMES

As a key member of the CHLOÉ & MARNI Perfumes Global Digital team, you will drive brand growth through trend-driven digital activations and culturally connected storytelling that resonates with new generations of consumers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Digital Manager is a key strategic leader within the Global Digital team, responsible for elevating the brands’ digital presence and performance globally. You will manage and develop a junior team member and an intern, while working closely with Marketing, Advocacy, E-commerce, and CRM teams to deliver integrated digital strategies and impactful activations.

This role ensures all digital initiatives are aligned with brand vision, seamlessly connected to the broader 360° marketing ecosystem, commercially ready, and adapted to each digital touchpoint.

You will be accountable for delivering high-impact, high-performing digital experiences across platforms, driving engagement and maximizing the effectiveness of digital activations.

GLOBAL DIGITAL LEADERSHIP & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Partner with the Digital & Influencer Director to lead and support the team in daily operations, project delivery, and strategic decision-making, ensuring momentum and clarity across all workstreams.
• Lead the end-to-end development and execution of global digital initiatives ensuring alignment with Chloé and Marni brand positioning and business models (Chloé Signature family with advocacy-driven model, Chloé Atelier des Fleurs with niche/collection model and Marni Perfumes new launch).
• Orchestrate integrated digital timelines across Fashion Houses, Content, E-commerce, and Media teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and flawless execution.
• Lead agency partnerships across creative, production, and media, driving premium output, innovation, and on-time delivery.
• Act as a key daily partner to Fashion Houses, building strong relationships, trust, and seamless collaboration.
• Oversee and optimize the global digital budget, ensuring strategic allocation and impact-driven investment.

GLOBAL CAMPAIGNS & DIGITAL CONTENT

• Drive the development of scroll-stopping digital content across global campaigns and key business moments.
• Ensure every asset is platform-ready and optimized for performance while elevating premium visual storytelling and brand desirability across markets.
• Bring a digital-first mindset to every campaign, creating connected social, paid, and organic experiences that spark engagement and amplify brand impact.

E-COMMERCE EXCLUSIVE PACKAGES

• Ensure e-retailers have all mandatory assets and create compelling, retailer-specific toolkits that bring our brands to life across every touchpoint.
• Partner closely with E-commerce & CRM colleagues and local E-commerce teams to drive asset performance and deliver flawless execution across key launches and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Advocacy team to develop impactful e-retailer activations and visibility-driving initiatives that maximize engagement and elevate the consumer experience.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

• Have 7–9 years of experience in digital marketing or digital project management within luxury, fashion, or “hot” consumer brands.
• Have a strong understanding of luxury brand positioning, visual storytelling, and global image control.
• Have proven experience managing 360 activations and buzz-worthy global launches.
• Have experience working with creative and production agencies with premium standards.
• Possess strong stakeholder management skills across global and local teams.
• Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complexity in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of digital platform nuances.
