  • Think creatively to produce innovative ideas and concepts based on existing brand guidelines or clients objectives
  • Manage multiple projects at any given time, in global markets. Manage projects End-to-End
  • Leverage creative agency (BarBarShop) to deliver customer communications
  • Analyse results and learnings to engage customers, boost customer retention and increase share of wallet across channels and products
  • Coordinate and implement customer events, call center and other 

Typical day:

  • Multiple marketing projects at 1 time (at least 3-5) - anywhere from email to sign, creative for retail, poster, header card - anything is possible
  • Managing project start to end

  • Strong Multi channel, Digital and Social customer communication skills
  • Advanced project management skill set and proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities and projects.
  • Experience in managing the design process end-to-end
  • Some experience in campaign management within an automated CRM Solution software environment, ideally with Responsys/Oracle
  • Creative and conceptual customer-centric thinking.
  • Game - changer approach, taking measured risk to lead change.
  • Results oriented, Driven, Self-starter type individual
  • Multicultural with experience from international environment
  • Used to working in complex matrix structures
  • Willing to manage flexible working hours US/Europe/ME and FE time zones
  • Excellent communication skills  
  • University Degree in relevant field of study.
  • 2-5 years of similar experience
  • Excellent Excel and Power Point skills.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Willingness to travel

Top qualifications:

  • Campaign management experience - 3+ years of experience
  • Must have the ability to design, print, digital and interactive marketing materials, ideally will include copy writing experience - 3-5 yrs experience
  • Ability to be self-starter - go getter, willing to take the initiative to get it done - are you able to drive change/game changer (provide example of when you drove change/game changer)
  • Ability to analyze results and learnings; to engage the customer (B2B or B2C); drive attention and share - improve transactions and revenue
  • Multi-cultural or global experience from an international environment is nice to have (clients outside of US, agencies outside of US)
  • Team player who works well with a highly engaged team
