Job description

Position: Oracle Retail Test Manager

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: Long term contract

Note: Looking for Permanent / Visa Independent Consultants

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Oracle Retail Test Manager who will be responsible for leading testing activities across Oracle Retail applications. The candidate will manage test planning, execution, and coordination with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end testing for Oracle Retail applications
  • Prepare test strategy, test plans, and test cases
  • Manage SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
  • Coordinate with business users, developers, and stakeholders
  • Ensure data validation across retail systems (POS, transactions, inventory, pricing)
  • Track defects and ensure timely resolution
  • Manage testing timelines, status reports, and deliverables
  • Support production releases and post-production validation

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Oracle Retail applications
  • Strong knowledge of testing processes (SIT, UAT, regression testing)
  • Experience in test management and defect tracking
  • Good understanding of retail business processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
