About the Role:

Reporting to the Area Manager, this role is your opportunity to lead, inspire, and make a major impact. As the driving force behind all store operations and merchandising, you'll be empowered to maximize profitability while delivering our best-in-class guest experience. Youll take full ownership of the storefrom managing inventory and creating standout visual displays, to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for both team members and guests. This role is all about building and leading a powerhouse team through hiring, training, and cultivating a strong, high-performing culture.
