What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Manager or Director, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Manager or Director, you need strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills, typically supported by a relevant degree and significant professional experience. Familiarity with project management tools, budgeting software, and performance tracking systems is often required.
