Back Yard Burgers is looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a strong leader who is passionate about hospitality, team development, operational excellence, and delivering quality food in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and kitchen operations
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally
  • Maintain food quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
  • Manage scheduling, labor costs, inventory, and food cost controls
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train restaurant staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures
  • Monitor restaurant performance and work toward sales and profitability goals
  • Assist with administrative duties including reports, cash handling, and payroll processes
Qualifications
  • Previous restaurant management experience required
  • Quick-service or fast-casual restaurant experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
