Job description

Lockheed Martin (LM) Space is searching for an IT Operations Manager for a remote site. The successful candidate will manage and lead a team of IT professionals including infrastructure and application deployments, new technology insertion, program, project and budget management, and schedule and staffing requirements. The candidate will also coordinate with program management and technical leads to coordinate program operations, new environment stand-up and integration of classified networks.
This candidate will also be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. This also includes hiring of sub-contractors in support of program operations and execution.
