Business Development Manager - Laval, North Shore

Compensation and Benefits

Caesarstone is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our presence across the market. This role focuses on building relationships with architects, designers, builders, and fabricators to drive specification and product adoption across residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate is a relationship driven sales professional who enjoys developing new business, presenting innovative surface solutions, and influencing design and decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, builders, and fabricators.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, turning leads into project specifications.
  • Present Caesarstone products through client meetings, showroom engagements, and industry events.
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring clients have the support and resources needed to specify Caesarstone products.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of opportunities, ensuring timely follow up and territory coverage.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to strengthen your professional network.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and support product launches.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • French/English required
  • Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Sales, or equivalency in experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of persuading/influencing others.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on architectural or design-related industries.
  • Strong understanding of architectural and interior design concepts, materials, and trends.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations, create, compose, and edit written materials.
  • Proven history of sales success identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Ability to translate client needs into effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be willing to travel. Valid Driver’s License and willingness to work a flexible schedule with occasional overnight travel.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Frequent local travel, occasionally requiring multi hour drives.
  • Manual dexterity required for computer and presentation tools.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and weekend showroom coverage as needed.
  • Flexibility in schedule, including occasional overnight trips for meetings or events
