Head of Development. Job location: Miami, FL. Will travel to various locations throughout the U.S. for temporary assignments. Working from home in any U.S. location is an option. Duties: Conduct sessions to document detailed system requirements and specifications. Lead and manage end-to-end responsibility for capturing requirements, including advising on best practices in FP&A and Consolidation processes. Design and develop OneStream applications that meet specific business requirements, support business objectives, and facilitate long-term scalability and growth of the OneStream platform. Create comprehensive technical strategies and be responsible for implementing projects applying HTS management consulting methodologies using Oracle Hyperion systems applications. Act as SME during build phase, overseeing the technical implementation and provide direct support to senior consultants. Oversee and conduct comprehensive user training sessions and ensure effective knowledge transfer to all relevant parties. Plan, manage, and support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, offering both functional and technical assistance to clients and internal teams. Define technical and strategic approaches to projects, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring of team members to ensure success. Requires: B.S. (or foreign equiv.) in Comp. Sci., Eng. or related field and 5 yrs. exp. in the job offered or 5 yrs. exp. as a Tech. Manager or Sr. Consultant. Concurrent exp. must incl.: 5 yrs. exp. with Oracle Hyperion and 3 yrs. exp. with OneStream platform.
