  • Serve as end-to-end project lead for high-profile initiatives: developing business cases, building execution frameworks, managing cross-functional collaboration, and delivering post-launch analysis to senior leadership.
  • Own the financial modeling, KPI development, and ongoing performance monitoring of international growth initiatives.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships across key NFL departments, including Sponsorship, Consumer Products, Media, Football Development, Events, Club Business Development, Legal, Finance, and Marketing, ensuring seamless integration of global strategies.

  • Support the International and Events leadership teams in annual business planning.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy, business development, or management consulting - ideally with exposure to global sports, media, or entertainment industries.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from ideation through execution in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Advanced capabilities in financial modeling, business case development, and strategic storytelling (Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required).
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with sensitivity to diverse cultural and geographic nuances.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for solving business problems and unlocking new opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in international business strategy, sports management, or global brand expansion.
  • Track record of success in management consulting or a growth-focused strategic function within a global organization.
