  • Connect with business owners and decision-makers across the country
  • Build relationships and present advertising solutions tailored to client goals
  • Close sales and manage accounts in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Leverage company-provided leads so you can focus on selling—not prospecting
  • Continuously develop your skills through hands-on training and mentorship

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented individuals with a strong desire to succeed
  • Natural communicators who enjoy engaging with people and building rapport
  • Competitive, energetic personalities who thrive in a performance-driven environment
  • Adaptable professionals who can excel in a fast-paced setting
  • Entry-level candidates or those with up to 2+ years of sales experience

No prior sales experience required—we provide a comprehensive training program and ongoing support from a management team invested in your success.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Compensation: $60,000 annually (based on sales performance)
  • Uncapped Commission: Unlimited earning potential beyond base
  • Benefits Package Includes:
  • Employer-contributed medical coverage (employee + dependents)
  • Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Dental & Vision Insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Paid Time Off

Culture & Perks

We believe in working hard and rewarding success.

  • Monthly and quarterly performance incentives
  • Company-sponsored trips to destinations like Jamaica, Cancun, Miami, and Puerto Rico
  • Bonuses, concert tickets, and premium sporting event experiences
  • Team outings including happy hours, sporting events, bowling, BBQs, and more
  • Casual, upbeat office environment (no suit required)

Equal Opportunity Employer

Strategic Value Advertising is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants and do not discriminate on the basis of any protected characteristic under federal, state, or local law.
