Job Description

The Kroger Team is seeking a Marketing Specialist to help drive next level growth as marketing and digital take on an increasingly important role at Kroger. Kroger is a Top 7 customer in the US, and essential to returning total North America to winning. We have strong plans in-place and collaboration with the customer to accelerate user growth and total store conversion.

A typical day involves a combination of internal and external meetings, ensuring launch timelines are being met while finding innovative ways to create value with the customer and for P&G.

The Marketing Specialist core responsibilities include:

  • Retail Media Campaign Manager: Specialist will help Customer Team Marketing Director (manager) through owning creation of retail media campaigns in Kroger's systems, securing & storing final asset approval (e.g. legal, NFL/MLS/IOC), working with agencies to secure final creative, ensuring timely delivery of assets to Kroger to meet live dates, and obtaining final campaign analysis to enable ongoing performance tracking.

  • In-Store Display Creation: Own process to create custom in-store displays in the system, and partner with agencies/brand teams to adapt artwork to die-lines.

  • Kroger Marketing Budget Management: Manage the end-to-end budget process, including comprehensive budget management, oversight of supplier relationships, development and execution of budget trackers, and timely communication of updates to team.
