Job description

The Regional Sales Manager, New Business will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the Americas region by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and turning leads into clients.
This is an individual contributor role, with a defined sales target.
Based on the location of the role, the role will be based in a country where we have an existing payroll setup. We are a flexi-first business and value in-person collaboration and make an effort to get together when and where makes the most impact. 
Drive Revenue Growth through New Business Development:
  • Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within assigned territory
  • Generate leads through networking, industry events, and direct outreach
  • Manage and convert leads created by the Marketing Team and other inbound channels
  • Cultivate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholder within target accounts
  • Understand client needs and pain points, positioning our products  and services for their business benefit and success. 
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions, addressing client concerns and objections effectively, and achieving target price / margin
Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key business partners, industry bodies and influencers
  • Work closely Cross-Functional Teams in marketing, product and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to client engagement. 
  • Work with the Marketing Team on improving the quality of the leads being delivered 
  • Provide feedback from the field to help shape product development and marketing strategies
Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients
  • Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
Reporting:
  • Maintain strong sales pipeline and forecasting in CRM to provide clear visibility of short and long-term opportunities and expected revenue
  • Present timely reports on business development activities and sales forecasting 
  • Utilise CRM system (Hubspot) in an effective and efficient way to make sure that everything is tracked accordingly 
  • Have a passion for business development, especially new business 
  • Bring demonstrable experience in the B2B enterprise sales environment with proven experience in managing and driving enterprise sales 
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment
  • Bring the experience of being successful in client acquisition and revenue growth 
  • Track record of exceeding quotas and closing high-value deals
  • Be happy to attend industry events, and networking opportunities
