Title: Guest Service Representative II Full Time w/Benefits Location: United States-California-Moffett Field Job Number: 2600018J Join us as our next Guest Services Representative here in Moffett, CA at the Navy Lodge. We are here to guide them and deliver our service members and their families the tools they need to do what they love to do. Here at the Navy Lodge in Moffett, no two days will look the same. You can expect an unforgettable, dynamic, and competitive work environment.

This is where YOU fit in: Navy Exchange Moffett is in need of a Guest Services Representative to answer the call; a team player who is dedicated to supporting our local Naval community, and operational successes on a day-to-day basis. Your work will make an impact and support how our organization serves the best customer – our Military patrons and their families. So, what does a typical day look like?

What does it take to succeed? Provide excellent customer service to our valued and honored guests. Issues room keys, operating telephone switchboard, utilizes computerized Property Management Systems.

Communicates with Navy Lodge personnel and chain of command. Reconciles daily transactions of all accounts. Follows all local safety regulations.

Informs supervisor of hazardous conditions. Responsible for lobby appearance including, cleaning, mopping, dusting, and organization of assigned work areas. Responsible for the set-up, breakdown and clean-up of the complimentary “self-service” breakfast bar and other events in the lobby area.

The Qualifiers: 1 year of general office clerical experience and progressive responsible experience. May substituted one half year of academic study above the high school level for 6 months of experience. Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties.

Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check. OR SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE Study completed in a college university or junior college above the high school level may be substituted on the basis of one-half academic year of study for 6 months of experience.
