This is where YOU fit in: The Navy Inn Lemoore is in need of a Housekeeping Lead to answer the call; a team player who is dedicated to supporting our local Naval community, and operational successes on a day-to-day basis. You will perform a variety of tasks which involve making The Navy Inn a home away from home for our valued guests. Your work will make an impact and support how our organization serves the best customer - our Military patrons and their families.
So, what does a typical day look like? What does it take to succeed?
o Responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping and custodial operations for the lodging program.
o Provide assistance in handling customer complaints involving management as necessary.
o Performs varying degrees of daily cleaning processes.
o Maintains a clean and safe environment for lodging guests and staff.
The Qualifiers:
o Is required to attend and complete mandatory training programs to obtain housekeeping certification and re-certification.
o The incumbent is required to obtain a housekeeping certification within 120 days of employment.
o Moderate physical effort moving furniture and the use of hand or lightweight powered cleaning equipment including the ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
o Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
