Your role

Summary

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving growth, market adoption, and profitability of the company's Process Filtration Solutions product portfolio. This role serves as the bridge between customers, sales, product management, technical support, local vendor relationships, engineering, and marketing to develop compelling value propositions, execute go-to-market strategies, and position filtration solutions effectively within target markets.

The successful candidate will develop deep knowledge of filtration technologies, customer applications, competitive offerings, and industry trends to support business growth and market leadership.

Roles and Responsibilities

Market Strategy & Analysis

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and growth opportunities.

Analyze competitive products, pricing strategies, and market dynamics.

Work with the Marketing / Communications team on PFS marketing campaigns, SEO, product launches, segment highlights, videos and other marketing efforts.

Product Positioning & Messaging

Develop messaging that communicates technical and economic benefits to various customer audiences.

Ensure consistency of messaging across all sales and marketing channels.

Monitor regulatory, sustainability, and technology trends affecting process filtration markets.

Go-to-Market Execution

Lead product launches and commercialization efforts for the US market.

Develop launch plans, sales tools, collateral, training materials, and promotional campaigns.

Track launch effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.

Sales Enablement

Support sale management and sales teams with competitive intelligence, customer presentations, and value-selling tools.

Support sales team with myQuest tickets to locate technical support, lead time, and customer service information.

Develop product training programs for sales representatives and channel partners.

Participate in key customer visits, industry events, and application discussions.

Assist with strategic account opportunities and market development initiatives.

Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry organizations.

Assist sales team with ZoomInfo for company and segment research

Participate in Monthly Sales and Inventory meetings.

Portfolio Management Support

Collaborate with global PFS product management teams to influence product roadmap decisions.

Responsible for material number set up and management in SAP for the US team.

Engage with local vendors for local product solutions that improve lead time, product offering and private label capabilities.

Gather and communicate customer and market feedback.

Support pricing strategies and profitability initiatives.

Responsible for all pricing updates in SAP.

Perform other duties as assigned.

To succeed, you will need

Qualifications

Required: 

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Business, or related field.

5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, technical marketing, or application engineering.

Experience in industrial, life sciences, process technologies, filtration, separation, fluid handling, or related industries.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to translate technical information into compelling customer value propositions

Preferred: 

Experience with membrane filtration, depth filtration, cartridge filtration, tangential flow filtration (TFF), gas filtration, or purification technologies.

Knowledge of biopharmaceutical, food and beverage, water, chemical processing, or semiconductor markets.

Experience supporting global product portfolios.

Familiarity with CRM (C4C), SAP, market intelligence, and marketing automation platform
