Position Summary...What you'll do...Join Sam’s Club’s Member Access Platform (MAP) as an Account Manager, where you’ll own and grow a portfolio of supplier advertising partnerships in one of the fastest-growing retail media businesses. In this role, you won’t just manage accounts—you’ll act as a strategic partner, helping suppliers maximize their investment while driving measurable revenue growth through renewals and upsells. Success in this role means quickly building trust with suppliers, identifying growth opportunities within your accounts, and translating MAP’s advertising solutions into clear business impact. What You’ll Do
  • Own and grow a book of business by driving renewals and identifying upsell opportunities that expand supplier investment in MAP’s advertising solutions
  • Build trusted relationships with supplier partners, becoming their go-to advisor for retail media strategy and performance optimization
  • Translate data into action by using campaign insights and performance trends to recommend strategies that improve results and unlock incremental revenue
  • Lead strategic account planning to align MAP advertising solutions with supplier business goals and seasonal priorities
  • Deliver compelling recommendations and proposals that clearly articulate value, performance outcomes, and growth opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement of advertising programs
  • Navigate a high-growth environment by adapting quickly, prioritizing effectively, and helping shape scalable account management practices

  • Proven ability to grow accounts through renewals, upselling, or expanding client partnerships in advertising, retail media, or a related space
  • Strong understanding of advertising and/or retail media, with the ability to connect campaign performance to business outcomes

Chicago, Illinois US-10276: The annual salary range for this position is $88,000.00 - $171,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
