As a Software Product Manager, you'll partner with a senior product manager, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative digital experiences that support student enrollment through emerging AI-powered technologies.
You'll play a key role in a high-visibility product initiative focused on conversational and agentic AI experiences, helping translate user needs, business goals, and data insights into impactful solutions. Success in this role requires curiosity, strong product thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering measurable outcomes.
What You'll Do
  • Partner with a cross-functional team of engineers, UX designers, stakeholders, and product leaders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver product outcomes.
  • Serve as Product Owner within an agile environment, continuously refining and prioritizing the product backlog to maximize customer and business value.
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development for AI-powered enrollment experiences, helping translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Conduct product discovery, gather customer insights, and use data to build business cases that inform prioritization and investment decisions.
  • Write high-quality epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable efficient delivery by development teams.
  • Use metrics, analytics, and customer feedback to measure product performance and communicate outcomes through compelling data storytelling.
  • Support product launches, user acceptance testing, release planning, change management, and ongoing product improvements.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of experience as a Software Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a closely related role.
  • Professional product certification such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Marketing, or similar certification.
  • Experience working in agile product development environments.
  • Exposure to AI-powered products, agentic AI, generative AI, or related technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use metrics and insights to influence decisions and tell a compelling product story.

Work Location
