The (USA) Manager, Project Management leads multiple medium-scale projects by collaborating with stakeholders to develop and deliver effective electrical solutions aligned with organizational objectives. This role involves managing end of life electrical project plans, schedules, budgets, and communications to ensure timely execution and achievement of goals. The manager fosters strong relationships with sponsors and teams, promotes continuous improvement, and supports associate development through coaching and mentoring. Upholding company values and ethical standards, this position drives operational excellence while maintaining focus on customer and business needs within a dynamic environment.
About the team:
The team leads the design and execution of electrical infrastructure strategies supporting Walmart’s Electrical End of Life Supply Chain operations. They ensure power systems are safe, compliant, and reliable to meet current needs and future growth. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, the team manages multiple projects by developing clear plans, schedules, and communication strategies. They focus on delivering effective solutions while monitoring progress and budgets. The team fosters continuous improvement, accountability, and strong relationships to achieve business objectives and maintain high standards of integrity and operational excellence.
What you'll do:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and objectives.
  • Create and communicate detailed project plans and schedules to support timely delivery and adherence to standards.
  • Manage multiple medium-scale electrical projects or workstreams, coordinating resources and resolving issues to meet goals.
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and milestones, providing status updates and escalating changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting a positive and ethical work environment.
