The Senior Product Manager, Workflow & Output Management owns the product vision and backlog for two connected domains within Inspections & Imaging.
  • The first is client-facing: The integrations and reporting that ensure inspection and imaging output reaches downstream clients accurately and reliably.
  • The second is internal-facing: The operational tools that inspection and imaging supervisors and managers use to monitor quality and manage day-to-day workflow.
  • This role translates needs from both audiences into clear product specifications and partners with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to drive delivery.

What You'll Do
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Owns the backlog for client integrations, reporting, and internal workflow tooling, keeping it prioritized, well-specified, and aligned to Inspections & Imaging delivery commitments
  • Partners with engineering leads, operations, and client-facing teams to define requirements and drive features from discovery through delivery
  • Gathers and synthesizes input from workflow supervisors, managers, and client stakeholders to surface problems worth solving and validate proposed solutions
  • Writes clear problem and product documentation, (epic, feature, user stories, acceptance criteria) and specifications that engineers can execute with minimal ambiguity
  • Monitors integration health, reporting accuracy, and tool adoption; identifies patterns and escalates or resolves issues with appropriate urgency
  • Contributes to process improvement within the Inspections & Imaging Product team, including backlog hygiene, Rally discipline, and documentation standards

Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field
    • The right candidate may have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 years' experience in a related field; or 12 years' experience in a related field with no degree.
  • Experience owning and prioritizing a product backlog within an Agile or SAFe delivery framework, including writing epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, or equivalent) to improve personal productivity or drive AI-enabled transformation within a product or engineering team.
  • Experience partnering with engineering leads, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and drive features from discovery through delivery.
  • Experience with system and technology integrations, including client-facing data outputs such as API integrations, file deliveries, or automated reporting.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools such as Rally, Jira, or equivalent for backlog management, sprint planning, and documentation standards.
  • Experience gathering and synthesizing requirements from multiple stakeholder groups to identify problems and validate product solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data reporting and analytics, including building or managing operational dashboards, production reports, or quality-audit workflows.
  • Experience with GitHub or similar version control platforms for specification management, documentation versioning, or project tracking.
  • Experience with B2B product management, including managing products or tools used by internal operations teams and external business clients.
  • Experience with APIs at a functional or conversational level, including defining integration requirements or managing API-based client deliverables.
  • Experience in an informal or formal leadership capacity over a product team, pod, or delivery stream, including mentoring peers or guiding junior product managers.
