Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote Technical Recruiter & HR Business Partner to own talent acquisition and day-to-day Human Resources for our Technology & Innovation practice across Singapore and Malaysia. This role combines full-cycle recruiting with HR Business Partner responsibilities, partnering closely with leaders and employees to support hiring, engagement, performance, development, and people operations. You'll work directly with Mosaic's leadership, embedded in the hiring process, not at arm's length from it. You'll help leaders build high-performing teams, navigate people challenges, and create an exceptional employee experience while ensuring we continue to attract and retain top talent.
What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition
  • Run full-cycle recruitment for roles across our Technology team, from Graduate Analysts to experienced engineers and consultants.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines across Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate quality, and move quickly on strong talent.
  • Source proactively through LinkedIn, referrals, professional communities, and networking activities.

HR Business Partnership
  • Serve as the primary HR partner for employees and leaders within the Technology & Innovation practice.
  • Advise managers on employee relations matters, performance management, employee development, Coach leaders on people management best practices, feedback conversations, and performance discussions.
  • Support compensation and promotion processes, providing market insights and ensuring consistency in people decisions.
  • Lead onboarding and integration efforts to help new hires become productive and connected quickly.
  • Partner with the broader People team on performance reviews, employee engagement initiatives, learning and development programs, and culture-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and HR practices across Singapore and Malaysia.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner capacity, supporting managers and employees across the employee lifecycle.
  • Experience recruiting in the technology space - you understand what good technical talent looks like
  • Familiarity with employee engagement, performance management, and talent review processes.
  • Experience supporting geographically distributed or remote teams.
  • Regional hiring experience, specifically in Singapore and Malaysia - you know the market, the compensation landscape, and the nuances of the landscape

Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting Technology, Engineering, Data, AI/ML, SAP, UKG, or Professional Services teams.
  • Prior exposure to graduate hiring or early-career development programs.
  • Genuine curiosity about Technology space - you should be able to hold a credible conversation about what we build and why it matters
  • Exposure to start-up or high-growth environments, where speed and judgment matter more than process overhead
