The successful Business Development Manager will work remotely, covering Malaysia, with a focus on growing sales and managing key accounts within the oil and gas sector, specifically offering filtration products for upstream and downstream processes. This role will be responsible for promoting and selling advanced filtration solutions, such as filters for hydraulic, oil, gas, and water filtration systems, tailored to the needs of the oil and gas industry.

  • Experience as a Business Development ManagerAccount ManagerSales Engineer, or Regional Sales Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of filtration products, specifically within the oil and gas industry, including filtration for hydraulic, oil, gas, and water systems.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, ideally within the industrial, oil, and gas filtration sectors.
  • Technical background or knowledge of filtration systems or related mechanical engineering products (e.g., pumps, valves, automation, pneumatics, hydraulics).
  • Strong customer-facing skills, ability to build long-term relationships, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English, Chinese and Malay.
  • A technical qualification (HNC, HND, or degree) would be advantageous.
  • Full clean driving license required.
  • Home-based role with the ability to travel across the Kuala Lumpur region in Malaysia.
