Overview

Lutron has an immediate opening for a Project Sales Manager to join our team in Singapore. This key role is responsible for driving sales execution across hospitality, MDU, and complex commercial projects, owning the full project lifecycle from early design engagement and specification through to deal closure. 


Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end sales for assigned hospitality, MDU and complex commercial projects from opportunity qualification to order placement
  • Lead specification-led selling during project design and pre-tender stages
  • Execute approved pricing strategies, value engineering and project scope alignment
  • Drive timely deal progression and successful closure of assigned projects
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key external project stakeholders
  • Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned projects and support senior-level stakeholder engagement as needed
  • Coordinate with internal sales, services and global teams to ensure solution readiness and smooth project handoffs
  • Identify project risks and escalate critical issues to relevant teams in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate SFDC data, deliver reliable sales forecasts and uphold pipeline integrity
  • Contribute market insights and support reference project/case study development and targeted market initiatives

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project-based, consultative or solution sales
  • Demonstrated success selling into hospitality, MDU or complex commercial environments
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end deal cycles, including stakeholder coordination and negotiation
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical, operational and commercial teams
  • Preferred: Background in building systems, controls, lighting, or technology-driven solution sales 
  • Preferred: Experience handling long-cycle, multi-stakeholder project sales or managing regional/global accounts
