We’re on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team and help deliver unforgettable hospitality in a one-of-a-kind setting.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Supervise daily shift operations and ensure compliance with all restaurant policies, standards and procedures
  • Open and close restaurant shifts and ensure completion of assigned necessary opening and closing duties
  • Meet and greet guests and set an exemplary example of guest service
  • Assists servers and hosts during shifts when required
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings to upskill the team on menu items including ingredients and preparation methods
  • Participate in sales strategy forecast meetings to anticipate service and staffing needs
  • Effectively schedule teams in accordance with business demands
  • Direct, train and upskill members of the SUSHISAMBA team
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5 years of experience working as a Restaurant Manager or higher
  • Excellent communication skills in the English language both written and verbal
  • The ability to maintain and follow processes and standards
  • Drive and ambition with the desire to learn and grow within the team
  • Full ownership of your role
  • Possess a valid Food Handler Card
  • Valid documentation of your right to work in the U.S.
