Job description

We are:

Accenture's Talent Reinvention Partner and we're helping clients reinvent how people and organizations work, delivering leadership, talent, operating models, workforce intelligence, and change solutions to accelerate the workforce agenda in the age of AI. We develop forward thinking leaders who can lead effectively in an AI augmented workplace and navigate change with confidence. Our team is at the forefront of talent, HR, and organizational consulting, supporting clients across AI-enabled learning reinvention, capability transformation, skills strategy, and workforce performance.

You are:

A learning strategy consultant who delivers exceptional client work while building the foundation for a long-term advisory career. At the Manager level, your first responsibility is delivery excellence: you run project workstreams with rigor, manage and develop junior team members, and produce the quality of output that makes clients trust Accenture to come back. You build strong relationships with your client counterparts at the delivery and program level, and you engage senior stakeholders with confidence when working alongside your Senior Manager or Managing Director. Your consulting toolkit is sharp: you think in hypotheses, structure complex problems with discipline, craft compelling narratives from your analysis, and write slides that make senior audiences lean in. You bring genuine depth in learning strategy: you know how to connect learning investment to business outcomes and demonstrate its impact with data. And you are genuinely excited about what AI is doing to the learning field: you track how best practices are shifting, you use AI tools in your own work every day, and you are always thinking about how to bring clients and Accenture's practice to the frontier of what is possible.

The work:

  • Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination to ensure excellent client outcomes

  • Manage and develop junior practitioners (Consultants, Analysts), building their capabilities and maintaining delivery standards across engagements

  • Build strong working relationships with client delivery counterparts, operating as a reliable and credible day-to-day partner throughout engagements

  • Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem-solving approaches to decompose complex learning and workforce capability challenges into clear, actionable insights

  • Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design, repositioning L&D as a strategic enabler of business performance and workforce reinvention

  • Lead learning capability diagnostics and needs assessments to identify gaps, benchmark against market-leading practices, and develop prioritized transformation roadmaps

  • Design AI-enabled learning operating models that embed automation, personalization, and analytics, spanning governance, roles, processes, technology, and vendor relationships

  • Connect learning strategy to business performance outcomes, defining measurement frameworks, learning KPIs, and analytics approaches that clearly demonstrate L&D's impact and ROI

  • Shape and deliver agentic learning strategies, helping clients embed AI-powered performance support and intelligent enablement tools into the everyday flow of work

  • Develop executive-ready presentations, frameworks, and deliverables that communicate complex strategies with clarity and precision to senior audiences

  • Stay at the forefront of how AI is transforming the learning field, tracking emerging trends, developing points of view, and contributing to Accenture's intellectual property and go-to-market capabilities in a rapidly evolving advisory market

  • Contribute to business development through proposal writing, RFP responses, and thought leadership for the Learning Performance & Innovation offering

Travel: Be ready to build those air miles with travel as needed

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum of5 yearsof experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting

  • Minimum of2 yearsof experience in a consulting or professional services environment with strong project management skills, able to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality

  • Minimum of2 yearsof experience leading client engagements and managing project teams or workstreams

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Utilities Industry

Bonus points if you have:

  • Demonstrated fluency with generative AI platforms (including ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Gemini) as part of your day-to-day working practice; you should be able to speak concretely to how you have applied AI tools to improve the quality and speed of your deliverables

  • Core consulting skills: structured problem solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, executive storytelling, and high-quality slide and document writing

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients at the delivery and program level

  • Experience designing agentic learning solutions or embedding AI-powered performance support tools into the flow of work
