Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in Business Development & Training. The ideal candidate will lead strategic sales initiatives, identify and develop new business opportunities, and support the training and development of the sales team to ensure consistent growth and performance. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to driving revenue and building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business development strategies to expand market reach and generate new revenue streams.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to achieve targets and enhance their professional capabilities.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales planning.
  • Develop and execute sales plans and training programs tailored to individual and team performance needs.
